Guests Restriction WE CAN HELP
We have dates available to film your wedding and we have strict measures in place to ensure both your guests and our safety. We are a very unobtrusive film company as it is and will be maintaining a social distance at all times. Our equipment will be thoroughly cleaned after every job. We are experienced filmmakers and photographers, so can offer one person to do both jobs.
We are introducing a range of flexible packages just to help during the restrictions. Some of these will have an impact on the quality fo the final product yet will mean no-one will have to be in the same room as your ceremony allowing the maximum amount of guests.
1) Video and Photography of Ceremony and Reception
We can offer filming and photography of your ceremony from just 1 person and multiple cameras, this will enable you to have another guest attend your day. This includes a couple photo session (and close family) straight after the ceremony.
2) Live Stream Your Ceremony and Speeches
One camera operator and another person controlling your stream (they can be outside the room if necessary) All our videographers are also regular wedding photographers, enabling us to shoot both film and photography.
3) Premier Your Ceremony Straight After.
Not possible to go live or would you prefer to watch with your guests so that you can interact. We are able to upload your wedding ceremony to the internet straight after your ceremony for you to enjoy an instant premier with an extended number of guests and interact with them via Facebook of YouTubes live chat portal.
3) Ultra Quick Turnaround
We have a great team of editors and we are offering a quick turnaround on all of our films at no extra cost.
4) Next Day Highlights
We are able to offer a short highlights from your wedding day online within 24 hours for all our July and August weddings. This will enable you to get more of your guests involved.

Lockdown and sharing Covid Wedding Feedback
All but a limited number of weddings have been cancelled under the new lockdown rules.
We are now taking bookings for 2022 and 2023. It has been a tough year for people looking to get married and we are here to capture you special day when it happens.
We were going to send you a card to say just how amazing you guys were on the day… everyone loved the filming. A million thank yous you guys were fantastic.

Small Weddings Back On The Agenda in July?
It looks like shortly weddings will be back on the agenda. After Boris announcement yesterday, plans are underway on a staged approach to weddings. We are unsure to quite what extent but there is likely to be a strict limit on numbers being able to attend and social distancing will have to be adhered to. We have a range of ways that you can involve all your friends and family in your big day, both instantly or straight after the event. Letting them see the ceremony, speeches, highlights or all of it!
This means we have adapted the way that we work in guidance to government guidelines. We have always remained in the background of your day and for us the new measures won’t prevent us from capturing your day as normal. We can easily capture all of your day whilst remaining a safe distance away from you and your guests.
1) Wedding Streaming
Set us up a little table at the back of your ceremony room and we will be able to use our compact equipment and computer to offer an instant or quick stream of your ceremony/speeches/same day highlights (see below).
Premier Your Event
We are able to upload your wedding ceremony to the internet straight after your ceremony for you to enjoy an instant premier with an extended number of guests and interact with them via Facebook of YouTubes live chat portal.
Live Streaming -
We can also live stream your event to YouTube and Facebook or to your preferred destination (such as our website). This will be a multiple camera live stream where we can also start your ceremony off with a slideshow or film and if you desire end the ceremony with a pre recorded film of you thanking you guests etc.
Live streaming always depends on the internet options available at the venue, however most venues are able to offer a dedicated connection of a high enough speed for our devices to upload at a great quality.
2) Ultra Quick Turnaround
We have a great team of editors and we are offering a quick turnaround on all of our films at no extra cost. We are aiming to get your filmed edited and out to you within 3 weeks. In many cases it will be quicker.
3) Same Day Highlights
Just can’t wait! Then purchase our same day highlights package. We will bring an editor with us on the day to capture, edit and grade your footage and audio. They will have you highlights ready to watch as an online premier that evening (often 7-9pm). You can then watch it at the wedding and live with all your guests not able to attend. We can talk to the DJ about the options of them able to show this for you or we can arrange to bring our own screen/speaker at an extra cost.

2020 is Going Down As A Tough Year On The Wedding Industry
So weddings are officially banned in the UK at the moment and we understand the disruption, worry and uncertainty this has caused. Suppliers have not work and income, venues are being forced to temporary close and most importantly those getting married are having to face uncertainty about deposits, rearranging and guests attending.
For anyone who has had to postpone their wedding date, we are happy to move over the deposit to another available wedding date. We are offering a £150 discount for Monday-Thursday weddings even if you have already secured your booking with us.
Live Streaming
We are not yet sure how long social distancing and restrictions will impact ceremonies and weddings when the ban is lifted and venues reopened. For anyone unable to attend your wedding in person we are offering live streaming of ceremonies/ speeches to Facebook, Youtube or our own website. We will also provide the footage as normal on USB after the day.
